Let Hope Rise Gaza is a community-led initiative supporting displaced families in southern and northern Gaza. We focus on practical needs identified directly in the camps.
Every distribution is designed to bring immediate relief while protecting the dignity, privacy, and safety of the people we serve.
Meet the organizer
Mahmoud “Mario” Najjar
Founder and Community Coordinator
Mahmoud is displaced in Gaza and cares for his younger siblings while coordinating relief directly with local families. He created Let Hope Rise Gaza to connect urgent community needs with practical, accountable support.
Working close to the families the initiative serves, he helps identify needs, organize distributions, coordinate volunteers, and document what is delivered—always with dignity, privacy, and safety in mind.

How will my donation be used?
Donations support food, clean water, hygiene supplies, essential medicine, and reasonable delivery or project costs. The current campaign’s planned allocation is shown in the budget section above.
Will every donation follow the exact budget allocation?
The budget is a plan. Prices, access, and urgent needs can change quickly. If the original use becomes impractical, funds may be redirected to a closely related humanitarian need, with material changes explained in project updates.
How do you document the relief work?
We aim to keep appropriate records such as photographs, videos, receipts, and delivery summaries. Updates are shared while protecting the privacy and safety of the families and children served.
Will I receive a receipt?
PayPal or Stripe provides a payment confirmation and transaction record. Let Hope Rise Gaza does not issue charitable tax receipts because the initiative is not presented as a registered charity.
Can I request a refund?
If a payment was made in error or appears unauthorized, contact us promptly. Requests are reviewed individually under our Donation Policy, the payment processor’s rules, and whether the funds have already been transferred, committed, or spent. A refund cannot be guaranteed.
How is the privacy of children and families protected?
Photos are published with appropriate permission. Children’s names and exact locations are withheld, and sensitive personal details are not included in public updates.
