Information you choose to share

If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, message, and any attachments. We use it to respond, coordinate support, keep appropriate records, and protect the initiative from misuse.

Donations and payment information

This website does not collect or store payment-card details. Donation payments are handled on PayPal or the linked Stripe-hosted page. PayPal donations are received and processed by Payton Gray, the initiative’s authorized payment recipient, on behalf of Let Hope Rise Gaza. PayPal and Stripe handle payment information under their own privacy terms.

Technical information and analytics

Our hosting and security providers may process basic technical information—such as an IP address, browser type, timestamps, requested pages, and security logs—to deliver the website, prevent abuse, and maintain reliability.

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand website visits and interactions, including page views, scrolling, outbound link clicks, approximate location, and browser or device information. The Google Analytics tag does not load unless you choose “Allow analytics.” Advertising storage and advertising-personalization signals are disabled. Google processes Analytics information under its Privacy Policy.

You can decline Analytics when first asked or change your choice later using the “Analytics preferences” button on the website. Declining Analytics does not prevent you from using the site or donating through PayPal or Stripe.

Photos, children, and safety

Photographs are published with appropriate permission. We do not publish children’s names or exact locations. The website is not intended to collect personal information directly from children. If you believe an image or detail should be reviewed or removed, please contact us.

Third-party services

Links to PayPal, Stripe, WhatsApp, email, and other external services take you to platforms we do not control. Their own privacy policies and terms apply when you use them.

Retention and safeguards

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for communication, accountability, safety, or recordkeeping. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
